3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Registration Data

• Residential address in the Philippines;
• Email address;
• Mobile phone number;
• Username and encrypted password.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

As part of our Know Your Customer obligations, we may collect:

• Copies of government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address documents (e.g., utility bills, bank statements, barangay certificates);
• Proof of payment method ownership;
• Selfie photographs for identity confirmation, where required.

3.3 Financial Data

We collect information necessary to process deposits and withdrawals, including:

• GCash or PayMaya account details (registered name and mobile number);

• Customer support — necessary for the performance of the contract and for the legitimate interest of eejili in providing quality service;

• Platform improvement and analytics — based on the legitimate interest of eejili in understanding how the platform is used and improving the user experience;
• Legal and regulatory compliance — necessary for compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including reporting obligations to gaming regulators and anti-money laundering authorities.

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

eejili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

eejili engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the platform. These include payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, Philippine banks), identity verification providers, game software providers, IT infrastructure and hosting providers, and customer support tools. If eejili discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, forfeit any balances in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and delete the personal data of the underage individual from our systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

eejili's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines.
